Bringing AWP’s vision to life

AWP came to us with a clear goal: to refresh their office space and make their vision and values a visible part of everyday life. They wanted an environment that not only looked great but also connected their team to the work AWP delivers out and about across the South West.

To achieve this, we designed feature walls for individual meeting rooms, each combining one of the company values with large-scale imagery of AWP’s projects throughout the region. These walls create a sense of pride and purpose, reminding staff of the impact their work has beyond the office.

We also displayed AWP’s vision and values prominently in key areas, ensuring they’re at the heart of the workspace and a constant reminder of the company’s ethos. To tie everything together, doors were wrapped in brand colours, creating a cohesive and vibrant look that links all the design elements.

The transformation has made the office feel more inspiring and connected. The team now feels closer to the company’s mission and the work they do every day. AWP were so delighted with the results that they immediately asked us to transform another area of their building – a true testament to the success of the project.
